Scalia Law Alums Help Arts & Entertainment Advocacy Clinic Draft Influential Amicus Brief

Last spring, the Arts & Entertainment Advocacy Clinic at Scalia Law School filed an amicus brief on behalf of intellectual property law scholars in the Fox News v. TVEyes copyright infringement case.
