2016 Fall Conference

2016 Fall Conference flyerOn October 6-7, 2016, CPIP’s Fourth Annual Fall Conference highlighted how property rights in innovation and creativity benefit communities and economies around the world. We focused on how secure IP rights foster investment, development, and access to products for consumers. We brought together speakers with diverse experiences—from businesses creating music licensing models supporting songwriters to small startups using patent portfolios to secure venture capital investment—giving attendees the chance to hear from and meet influential industry leaders, policymakers, and scholars working on intellectual property issues.

CPIP would like to thank the George Mason Law Review for its invaluable support in hosting the conference and publishing the conference papers!
